We understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations. At Flutter By, we stand by the quality of our handcrafted products. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that your satisfaction is our priority.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items, customized items, commissioned works, digital products, and services are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

In the unlikely event that your order arrives broken or damaged, please email seanaleah@gmail.com within 30 days of placing your order. Please include clear photographs of the damages as well as the package it was sent in in order to receive a refund. Due to the nature of original artwork, often made in limited quantities with limited materials, it may not be possible to remake and replace your item.

 

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

 

Send an email to seanaleah@gmail.com to request which products you would like to return.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs to the address that you will receive by email.

Send all items back to us using said address within 14 days of requested refund, once the returned items are received, your refund will be processed within an additional 14 days.
